Terms of Service
Last updated: August 22, 2026. These Terms of Service govern all orders placed with TorqDrop ("TorqDrop") for the import and delivery of automotive parts into India.
Orders & Quotes
Quotes shared on WhatsApp are valid for a limited time due to exchange-rate and freight fluctuations. An order is confirmed only after you approve the final all-inclusive price and complete payment.
Fitment & Compatibility
We verify part compatibility against the VIN or chassis code you provide before ordering. TorqDrop is not responsible for fitment issues arising from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Import Compliance
All shipments are imported under valid DGFT Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) documentation. Certain items — including oversized body panels and hazardous fluids — are excluded from air freight import and will not be sourced.
Payments
Full payment of the quoted, all-inclusive price is required before dispatch. Accepted methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
Cancellations
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, cancellations may not be possible if the part has already been procured or shipped from the EU warehouse. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Limitation of Liability
TorqDrop acts as an import and delivery concierge. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are honored per the original manufacturer's or Tier-1 supplier's terms.
